To ensure the best possible experience, please review our booking guidelines and policies before scheduling your appointment.

By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits must be sent via Zelle to Pureskinbygen@Yahoo.com

Deposits are refundable only if the appointment is rescheduled 48 hours in advance.

The remaining balance may be paid by Zelle or Cash at the time of your appointment.

APPOINTMENT COURTESY POLICY

Appointments have a 10 minute grace period.

Arrivals after this time will incur an automatic $10 late fee added to your service.

Same-day Cancellations or No-shows will result in the a 50% service charge OR a delay for future bookings.

Facial & Beauty Services

We recommend arriving with a clean, makeup-free face so we can provide your treatment at its finest. A $10 makeup removal fee will apply if needed.

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that no additional guests accompany you.
